Growing up, I was a meek, soft spoken, well-behaved girl – right up until I moved out at 25 with nothing more than a car full of clothes and a guitar.
When life gives you lemons, you know?

When you’re presented with a more than difficult choice to make, meaning and purpose becomes prevalent in your life. And it’s often that you don’t realise what’s truly important until you lose it all.

Since then, I’ve redesigned my life, including my mind, spirit, health, found badass coaches, overcame my fear of swimming by (you guessed it) swimming, clocked five years at a creative agency, and now operating an independant, creative business full-time, since 2015.
